Our Gym of the week is Ralph Gracie in Chino Hill California. Ralph gracie academy has some awesome black and brown belts teaching classes there, From Greg Rivera , Gabriel Costa and brown belt Sean Roberts. they cover all aspects of mix martial arts from Jiu-jitsu from White-black belts in all levels and Muay Thai. Recently Ralph Gracie in Chino hills had some awesome fighters coming out of there like Sean Roberts winning 1st place Brown belt for Quest for the Best BJJ and Submission Grappling Tournament in Las Vegas. Aslo Ralph Gracie took 1st place in the Adult Division, beating out the second place team by 26 points. They also took 2nd place in the Masters and Seniors Division. Last Saturday, I attended an Andre Galvao and Javier Vasquez seminar at Gracie Barra Corona where they held a Disaster Relief Fundraiser for Japan. 100% of the proceeds were donated to the American Red Cross Japan Earthquake/Pacific Tsunami Effort. Tom Reusing, the Owner and Head Instructor, is a Carlos Gracie Jr. Black Belt and has been training in BJJ since 1996. The school has been open for about four years and offers a range of classes such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, gi or no gi, Muay Thai, Zoo Jitsu for kids, and all women classes. The 4000sq foot facility has suspended trainings mats and an 18ft octagon cage. Everyone was extremely friendly, especially welcome to new-comers and had an overall comfortable environment. Whether you’re looking to get in shape or start competing on a regular basis Gracie Barra Corona has what you need.

There will be an Autograph Session with Urijah Faber from 1pm - 3pm along with Mark Munoz. With a guest appearance from Bobby Green (KOTC Junior Welterweight Champion).
